01 / Context

The problem

Bring an AI agent into Playermon's Telegram community to participate in conversation and monitor the group. This placed the work in a live social setting, where replies affected people's understanding of the product.

My contribution, and the team's

Razortooth was built in-house at Playermon before the sale. I led the studio. This note credits the team delivery; the available record does not establish which components I personally authored.

Constraints

The supported historical scope is community chat and group monitoring. A publishable account of the model, data access, moderation authority and escalation behaviour is not available, so those implementation details are not reconstructed here.

What the record supports

The team delivered the agent inside Telegram, the community setting it was intended to serve. That is the concrete product choice documented in my account. It does not, by itself, establish how permissions, retrieval or evaluation were implemented.

The documented outcome

The agent shipped before the Playermon handover. The public Playermon site identifies Razortooth AI as a product. This demonstrates a delivery record, not a measured improvement in response quality or community operations.

Limits of the record

No public source release, reproducible evaluation, latency/cost measurements or historical conversation sample is provided here. Claims about accuracy, autonomous authority or moderation effectiveness would go beyond the evidence. The linked product site is maintained outside my post-handover remit and may describe a later version.
